We're transforming the way Australians buy cars — and that starts with top-quality vehicles and skilled technicians. As part of our growing operations team, you'll be ensuring every car we deliver is safe, roadworthy, and ready for the road.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting mechanical, electrical, and safety inspections
* Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on brakes, suspension, engines, and more
* Preparing vehicles for roadworthiness and compliance
* Performing quality control checks before handoverDocumenting all work completed for compliance and transparency
* Collaborating with operations and delivery teams to keep things moving smoothly
Requirements:
* Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent (essential)
* Solid mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop (2-3 years minimum)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Great teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to undergo a police and background check
* Bonus: RWC certification, or auto-electrical experience
