Job Overview
You'll be responsible for overseeing shop operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and community spirit amongst volunteers.
This role reports to the Store Manager and is based in Port Lincoln, SA.
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise new volunteers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Maintain adequate supervision of volunteers at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve key performance indicators.
* Support in-store promotions as required.
* Effectively manage delivered donations to maintain efficient store operations.
Requirements
* Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment.
* Demonstrated people skills with a focus on volunteer engagement and community development.
* Experience in mentoring and training volunteers to enhance their skills.
* A national police record check is a mandatory requirement for this role.
