Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm - permanent role also available
Pay: up to $46.10 per hour
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Qualifications
Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, Current NSW Working with Children Check, willing to travel between local services, and flexible availability between Monday‐Friday 6:30 am - 6:30 pm.
