About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Key duties will include:
* Driving retail sales and residential specifications across NSW & QLD
* Educating clients on the Bathe brand and product offering
* Developing and delivering sales training with customer sales teams
* Maximising product display potential across customer showrooms
* Developing and maintaining a structured customer call‐cycle plan
* Achieving sales targets and revenue growth objectives
* Preparing annual sales forecasts and quarterly reports
* Managing customer service requirements including events and support
* Building relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders and contractors
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Participating in trade events, exhibitions and client engagements
* Providing detailed sales reporting and market intelligence
