National Tax Training Director Opportunity
The role of National Tax Training Director is a unique chance for an experienced tax professional to oversee and manage the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training for our Tax team nationwide.
This newly created dual-position involves collaborating closely with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning & Development, and other subject matter experts to coordinate delivery of timely and relevant training programs addressing Tax technical training needs by level and market.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating delivery of timely and relevant training programs addressing Tax technical training needs by level and market
Managing national technical training schedule and overseeing Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders
Cultivating and managing a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members
Leading national training projects as required, preparing ad hoc project reports and status updates
This position can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney offices. Please note that this role may involve occasional interstate travel to our other offices across Australia.
