The Director of Nursing will provide senior clinical and operational leadership across emergency, subacute inpatient, and community‐based services within Hospitals North. The role works closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing – Primary Health North and other senior leaders to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate services, ensuring responsiveness to community needs and alignment with Department of Health objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPermanent full‐time day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight.
Salary: $142,632 per annum. 12% superannuation contribution on top.
Allowances may be available: Post‐graduate allowance up to 10% (based on qualification type); Rural Professional Development Allowance 4%.
