Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and administrative functions, including income and expenditure management, debt collection, and supporting operations.
Main Accountabilities
* Manage and report on financial activities.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Oversee debtor management, including invoicing and debt recovery.
* Coordinate and report on sales figures.
* Maintain accurate records and support lease administration processes.
Requirements
* Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration.
* 5+ years of experience in administration, preferably in finance, project management, or government sectors.
* Strong accounts and debt management skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
