About Customer Service Role
This role is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences across various operations, including our Resource Recovery Facility, Revolve Shop, Bulk Container Return and Earn facility, Weighbridge and Nimbin Transfer Station.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
* Work efficiently across a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain effective communication and relationships with relevant stakeholders and commitment to participating in a positive team environment
* Comply with regulatory and safety requirements of the sites
What You Will Need:
* Certificate II or higher in relevant industry or equivalent industry experience
* Current Class C Drivers Licence
* SafeWork Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service
* Ability to work effectively and positively in a team environment
