This role will be the key point of communication between management, tradesmen, and clients, helping to deliver exceptional service and maintaining the professional reputation we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily works for tradesmen
* Communicate with management and clients to ensure workflow is clear and consistent
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Record and update job details, calls, and appointments
* Operate general office equipment including computers, photocopiers and scanning devices
* Store and maintain accurate data within our systems
Requirements
