Working as part of the wider People and Culture Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end‐to‐end coordination, stakeholder relationship management, reporting, monitoring, as well as fostering opportunities to enhance DPV Health's volunteer workforce.
This role works in collaboration with all leaders across the organisation as well as a wide network of external community groups and stakeholders. The role reports to the Chief People and Culture Officer and is supported by the wider People and Culture team.
With a growth mindset this role will operationalise the pathways to employment through volunteer workforce engagement, supporting Our People to reach their potential in volunteer work, and contributing to the greater community.

To be successful in this role you will be comfortable taking on new challenges within initiative and enthusiasm. You will be a practical problem solver with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
You are a collaborative and proactive professional with demonstrated experience in high volume people‐focused administration and related activities, ideally within People and Culture, healthcare, or community services environments. Experience in recruitment activities, onboarding and credentialling, placement planning, reporting and supporting volunteers will be highly regarded and will support your success in this role.
You bring experience working with, and facilitating activities for, diverse community groups. You will demonstrate initiative and strong organisational skills across the full volunteer life cycle, including attraction, engagement, retention, volunteer events, and broader DPV Health celebrations.
This role is a permanent part‐time position, working 20 hours per week. Ideally these hours would be worked 4 days per week, 9am to 2.30pm to best provide support and coordination for our Volunteer workforce, or alternative arrangements that equate to 20 hours per week. Specific working arrangements will be discussed with candidates who progress to interview.

* Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), and hold a valid WWCC.
* Full driver license and travel between sites and local community groups required.
