In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the safe, reliable and efficient maintenance and delivery of electrical signalling systems and assets across the rail network.
This role will see you lead and coordinate a Signals Electrical work group, plan and allocate daily works, oversee fault response and maintenance activities, and support the development of your team while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and operational requirements.
You will lead and coordinate works to improve reliability, safety and performance in a live operational rail environment where safety, time-critical decisions and collaboration are essential.

About you
You’re an experienced Signal Electrical professional who is competency assessed to level 4.3 (Signal Electrical) and accredited and qualified for appointment to Signal Electrician. You bring sound knowledge and extensive experience of Electrical Signals systems and assets, gained working in a live rail environment where safety and reliability are critical.
You have the capability to lead and support a work group, plan and allocate work, and ensure all activities are delivered in line with safety, quality and compliance requirements. You communicate clearly, lead by example, and foster a strong safety culture while keeping work on track.
