Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year experience in Phlebotomy or a related field, along with relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Pathology Collection.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory, accompanied by a high level of empathy and understanding.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, coupled with attention to detail, are crucial.
* The capacity to work independently, at times solo, in a clinic setting is necessary.
* A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics are required.
* Working with Children's Check clearance, or willingness to obtain one, is a condition of employment.
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, New Zealand citizenship, or a valid visa permitting work in Australia is essential.
* Providing evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination, as well as other location-based vaccinations, is mandatory.
