Evolve Talent is currently seeking a Drafter for a reputable joinery company based in Central Coast,NSW
Position Details:
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $100,000 + super (negotiable depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and prepare detailed joinery drawings using Pytha OR Cabinet vision 3D CAD software
* Interpret architectural plans and produce accurate shop drawings for production
* Liaise with production team and site supervisors to ensure design intent is achieved
* Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers to finalise joinery details
* Assist with take-offs, material schedules, and job file management

Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience drafting in Pytha OR Cabinet vision 3D CAD software (essential)
* Strong understanding of joinery construction and manufacturing methods
* Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings
* High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* 2 x professional references in a similar role
