Overview
Blis is looking for a driven and energetic salesperson on a 12 month Maternity Leave contract role to join our team, based in Sydney and reporting to the Regional Director - ANZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within the Sydney market, a strong contact list and existing relationships with major agency groups and clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the advertising market, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop in digital ad tech.
Key responsibilities
Leverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of opportunity
Target media agencies and their clients including agency planners, strategists, and programmatic teams
Convert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to achieve business targets
Create and lead sales presentations for your agencies and clients and for the team
Become an expert on Blis U.S.P.s and best practices on the Blis platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve their strategies and campaigns
Develop and implement quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting/pipeline management
Create market leading solutions and presentations for your clients
Build and maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Skills and Experience
Strong background in digital media sales and account management (2+ years)
Knowledge of digital media market, advertising, programmatic media and product & data offerings
Experience across an omnichannel offering including pDOOH, CTV, Digital Audio and Digital
Understanding of the needs of digital media strategists, planners and buyers
Experience working with digital teams within media agencies
Existing relationships within the Sydney media agency groups
Ability to present to stakeholders with confidence
Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
Team-oriented attitude in a dynamic environment
