We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function, drive growth, and strengthen client relationships across both supply‐only and supply‐and‐install sectors.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, implement effective sales strategies, and drive business development initiatives to support the company's continued growth. This role is critical in shaping positive culture, enhancing customer experience, and building strong collaborative relationships across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve KPI and revenue targets
* Implement sales strategies in line with company direction
* Review and provide recommendations on costing templates
* Drive a positive, collaborative team culture
Business Development
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Expand and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Represent the company at industry and networking events
Customer Relationship Management
* Build long‐term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
* Support complex or strategic customer opportunities
* Ensure exceptional communication and customer satisfaction
Operational Coordination
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, and Project teams
* Provide accurate forecasting to support scheduling and planning
* Assist with contract negotiations and provide support on contractual issues
Reporting & Compliance
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Provide custom reporting for executive and board requirements
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role
* Strong business development and relationship‐building background
* Experience in construction, infrastructure, fencing, or related industries (desirable)
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical capability and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Simpro (highly desirable)
* Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and execution
