This role requires empathy, strong listening skills, and the ability to transcribe conversations accurately.
The experience will not only bring joy to our clients but also provide an opportunity to develop valuable skills in transcription and interviewing.
Responsibilities:
* Recording and transcribing client stories and memories
* Conducting face-to-face interviews with clients (1 hour, Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm)
* Transcription work can be done in the evenings or weekends
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
* 50 words per minute typing skills
* Ability to work independently and problem solve
* Own car to drive to the home of the client
* Willingness to learn new technology and software
