You will be the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries.
You will be across phone, email and digital channels to deliver exceptional customer service with the purpose to assist enquiries with the right solution and turn enquiries into sales opportunities and actual sales.You will likely be handling between 5-20 inbound calls a day.You must also be reasonably physically fit as you will have to go into the warehouse and there are 20 stairs to go up and down each time.Products can be quite complex so there will be a lot of product training required up to 6-12 months to become proficient.Ideally, you have prior experience in customer service, inventory management or the parts industry however you will be fully trained on the products.
