Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Steer financial planning and forecasting by actively partnering with business unit leaders.
• Utilize robustness and strong social skills to provide insights that influence key business decisions and gain operational buy-in.
• Manage urgent payment requests and ensure costs are properly applied in operational systems.
• Act as the gatekeeper for all internal controls and compliance to governance frameworks.
• Drive profitability by ensuring the timeliness and completeness of revenue billing and aggressively managing Accounts Receivable collections to meet payment terms.
• Oversee monthly payroll submissions (review/approval) and ensure the accurate maintenance of employee data and all subsequent tax filings.
Requirements & Skills
A CPA/CA qualification is highly regarded. Demonstrated prior experience in a Finance Business Partnering role is essential. Experience in FP&A functions and proficiency in ERP systems, such as NetSuite, are also required. Strong interpersonal and social skills, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-moving environment, are necessary.
