Join a caring, supportive small team where we value lifelong learning and supporting each other to grow as therapists. We are a small, family-owned clinic based in Box Hill North, looking to add to our small team of creative, empathetic and friendly therapists.

We use a play-based therapy approach (DIR Floortime) that is flexible, dynamic and tailored to the child's unique interests and needs. We use a family-centred and coaching based approach where the parent and child's priorities and needs are at the forefront. We are particularly looking for applicants with a sense of curiosity, playfulness, creativity and willingness to learn.

We all bring our complementary passions and interests in music, yoga, gardening, art and dance to our therapy sessions and invite you to share your passions too! We have a fully equipped treatment room with games and equipment that the kids just love, but we also flexibly offer nature-based therapy, outside in the bush or playground, as well as of course sessions at home, Kinder or school.

Why work with us? We offer:

- What sets us apart as a small practice is that we are a friendly, close-knit supportive small team of just 6 therapists, with plenty of peer-to-peer support and collaboration. We hold fortnightly team training sessions and professional development days to deepen your clinical reasoning and build your confidence as a therapist.
- A high level of internal support and training from experienced therapists. We offer ongoing fortnightly supervision sessions and plenty of training and support tailored to your learning needs. If you are an early career therapist, you will receive 4 weeks of paid 1:1 direct training, joint sessions, shadowing and coaching, before you are given your own independent caseload.
- Flexibility to develop and offer group programs based on your complementary skills and passions. Are you excited about music, dance, yoga, gardening or art? You are welcome to incorporate your passions into the groups we develop and offer, and let your strengths shine.
- Generous Professional Development allowance for additional external courses and paid learning time to support your learning and growth as a therapist
- We celebrate and appreciate work/life balance, and so offer a choice of work days and hours, part time or full time, between 16-40 hours per week. However, due to high demand from our clients, availability after school is essential and applicants who are available to work on Saturdays will be prioritised.
- A diverse and engaging caseload of children and young people aged 2-21 years
- A varied mix of clinic-based work and community visits, depending on your interest - A reasonable and achievable KPI expectation of 50% billable hours
- Flexibility to do admin work from home if desired
- A fully equipped treatment room with an extensive range of games, equipment and assessments
- Generous remuneration rates depending on experience PLUS superannuation
- Extended flexible leave during Victorian school holidays
