Qualifications
* You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.
* You must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
* You must be willing to put in the effort to succeed.
* All applicants must hold either a Provisional or Full current driver's license.
* Reliable access to a personal vehicle is required.
Responsibilities
* Exceptional Customer Service: At Domino's Mudgeeraba, our customers come first! Every interaction with the customer is polite, friendly, and served with a smile.
* Taking Customers Orders: Both over the phone and in-store, you will be the first and only point of contact for most of our customers! All training on how to use our POS system is provided. All you need to bring is your smile & determination.
* Cash Handling: For orders requiring cash payment, a basic level of mathematics is required to provide accurate change for orders. Training on how to take Eftpos transactions is provided.
* Deliveries: Whilst on shift, you can expect to transition between supporting the in-store crew, as well as hustling out the door on deliveries.
* Stock Management: During the shift, it will be essential to ensure correct stock rotation, and to ensure that food prep is conducted to an acceptable level for day trade.
* Store Cleanliness: When not servicing our customers, or hustling out on delivery, you will be assisting the team on tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.
