Insurance Claims Assessor
Maas Constructions is seeking an Insurance Claims Assessor to join its high-performing team based in Tamworth NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing damage to insured properties and providing accurate assessment reports and repair budgets for insurers to review.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess the property loss or damage and determine policy coverage.
* Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to stakeholders.
* Support the Insurance Manager to identify customer resolution strategies to minimize customer escalations.
* Determine an appropriate claim fulfillment method that balances customer needs.
* Respond to customer and stakeholder requests within expected or agreed timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in the Building and Construction Industry preferred.
* Ability to use technology and systems to execute the role efficiently.
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.
