About the role
Join a forward-thinking team and play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role provides critical support to the leadership team, oversees office systems and processes, and contributes to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
* Provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
* Manage tenders and proposals, ensuring documentation is formatted, tracked, and submitted accurately
* Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and WHS compliance
* Assist leadership and client teams with administrative coordination, reporting, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
* Organise internal events such as staff meetings, team gatherings, and social activities
* Lead quality management activities, including internal audits and maintaining certification standards
* Support recruitment and onboarding activities, and coordinate training logistics
* Maintain key business systems including the CRM, Knowledge Centre, and procedural documentation
Skills and experience
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional style
* Proactive mindset – you are one step ahead and like to anticipate what is needed next
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and confident with business systems and databases
* Strong attention to detail, with a continuous improvement focus
