What You'll Be Doing:
* Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
* Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
* Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
* Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
* Be flexible with hours to ensure we’re there when our customers need us.
