About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a high-performing payments and financial services team. This is a non-sales, office-based role supporting the day-to-day operations of a business expense and payment solutions function.

Reporting to a supportive leader, you will join a close-knit team and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide end-to-end administrative support within a busy operations team
* Support and manage payments processing workflows and vendor coordination
* Investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies and issues
* Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and Microsoft Teams
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and detailed process documentation
* Identify opportunities to improve systems and operational efficiencies

About You

You're a driven and detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Experience & Background

* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (Sales Admin, Accounts Admin, Payments, or Financial Administration)
* Experience working with payment systems, reconciliations, or financial processes is highly desirable
* Candidates from high-volume retail or service-based environments are encouraged to apply

Skills

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Intermediate Excel skills (essential)
* Highly organised with excellent documentation and process management ability
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

* High attention to detail in fast-paced, high-volume settings
