TP Human Capital is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients in Townsville, a well-established automotive group in Regional North Queensland. This full-time role offers excellent career stability and growth within a supportive team environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:36pm

The Role
Step into a pivotal position where you'll serve as the key link connecting sales, logistics, warehousing, and customer service operations. Your focus will be coordinating pre-delivery activities to ensure seamless workflows and exceptional customer experiences from order to handover.
Your Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all pre-delivery coordination processes
* Act as the central point of contact between multiple departments
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-delivery tasks
* Maintain clear communication channels across sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
* Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
* Provide outstanding support to both internal teams and customers
* Resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth operations
Experience & Skills
* Background in coordination, logistics, administration, or automotive industry (highly valued)
