The Opportunity An established WA commercial contractor is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join their Perth team. With a strong pipeline of commercial build and fit-out projects secured, this is an opportunity to step into a hands-on delivery role where you’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and leadership. This is not a back-office position - you’ll be embedded in project delivery, playing a key role in managing the commercial and contractual performance of projects from procurement through to final account. They are known for: Consistent project delivery and repeat business A collaborative, team-driven culture Strong leadership and mentorship Long-term pipeline of secured work Key Responsibilities Assist in managing commercial and contractual aspects of projects Administer subcontractor and client variations Assess and process progress claims and invoicing Prepare, negotiate and award subcontract packages Manage procurement processes and purchase orders Maintain RFIs, registers and document control systems Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers Support final accounts and project closeout Attend project meetings and contribute to commercial outcomes Work closely with Project Managers to manage cost, risk and margin About You 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction or fit-out Strong understanding of WA construction contracts and commercial frameworks Experience with contract management systems and project software High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar You’ll be proactive, solutions-focused and motivated to grow your career into Senior CA or Project Management roles.
