You'll own the project from construction commencement through to practical completion and handover. What We're Looking For Background in construction project management, with strong commercial, residential high-rise or multi-storey apartment experience A Tier 1 builder background — you've worked within a major head contractor's delivery team and understand the systems, rigour, and pace that comes with that environment Commercially savvy — you can review a progress claim, interrogate a programme, and spot a variation coming before it lands Familiar with WA building regulations and NCC/BCA requirements Degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or related field Someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and doesn't wait to be told what to do Interested? I'm happy to have an initial conversation, share more detail about the company and the projects, and see if it's the right fit. No pressure.
