Zanda Architectural Hardware is one of Australia's leading suppliers of architectural door hardware, working with builders, architects, designers and hardware merchants nationwide.
We're looking for a confident and motivated Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to join our team and help drive new business opportunities.
About the Role
This is a phone-based role where you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our sales team. You'll spend most of your day speaking with builders, architects, developers and industry professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound calls to prospective customers
* Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
* Booking appointments for our sales team
* Following up leads and maintaining regular contact with prospects
* Updating and managing customer information within our CRM
* Working closely with the sales team to support business growth
About You
You don't need experience in architectural hardware, but you do need confidence on the phone and a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills
* A confident and professional phone manner
* The ability to handle rejection and remain positive
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, recruitment or call centres is highly regarded
* CRM experience is desirable but not essential
