Job Title:
Distribution Operations Manager
Lead a small, dynamic distribution team in Darwin. Manage warehouse, fleet, and inventory operations to drive performance, KPIs, and safety compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and adaptable leader to take ownership of a small but expanding site, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer experience across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Distribution Centre operations, including resource planning and workload management.
* Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and service levels.
* Manage site distribution fleet, warehouse operations, suppliers, and inventory.
Enforce company policies, including OH&S, security, EEO, Industrial Agreements, and anti-discrimination procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in warehouse or distribution centre management / supervision.
* Current truck license and forklift license.
* Fleet management experience is highly regarded.
* Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Experience in continuous improvement programs advantageous.
