YOUR OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Site Facilitator Team Leader to lead our VMI team based in Scoresby. If you're ready to step into a leadership role where you can make an impact every day, this is an exciting opportunity to do just that. In this role, you’ll spend much of your time visiting customer sites, supporting their inventory needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You’ll also play a key leadership role—coaching, mentoring, and guiding your Site Facilitator team to achieve outstanding results. What Youll Do
* Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing team of Site Facilitators.
* Conduct performance discussions and support development and succession planning.
* Visit customer sites to manage inventory needs and deliver exceptional service.
* Maintain onsite store functions and inventory management systems.
* Review and optimise stock ranges to meet KPI requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation with suppliers and manufacturers.

* A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to meet KPIs consistently.
* Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and work autonomously.
* Ability to work autonomously, including unloading and replenishing vending machines on-site.
* A customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
* Solid computer literacy and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence (essential)
