What You'll Do
Drive new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts (70% new business focus).
Align tailored technology and process solutions with client needs to create measurable value.
Engage with senior stakeholders and procurement teams, influencing decisions at a strategic level.
Lead complex tender processes and proposals, coordinating with internal teams across legal, IT, and HR.
Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring sustainable growth.
Deliver high-impact presentations and solutions that position the company as a trusted partner.
What You'll Bring
Proven success as a BDM or Senior Account Executive (4+ years), with a strong record of securing new clients.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C-suite and procurement decision-makers.
Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong negotiation abilities.
Confidence in creating value through technology, automation, and managed services.
Tender writing and proposal experience with attention to detail.
A valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
