About The Role
The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a Full-time position, based at Derwent Park, Tasmania. You will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers in store and in the warehouse.
* Stock movements and the maintenance of stock.
* Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
* Unloading inbound orders of stock.
* Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required.
* Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
* Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
* Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.
