Operating within a recovery framework, the service assists individuals in achieving their goals, maintaining housing, managing finances and daily living, participating in work or training, and sustaining physical and social wellbeing.The Youth Wellbeing Coordinator delivers evidence based, targeted psychosocial supports to build resilience and psychosocial skills for young people 15–25-years who are presenting with mental health challenges.
