**About the role**
We are looking for Experienced Support Workers who are dedicated, resilient, passionate, and enthusiastic with the flexibility to work across mornings, afternoons, and nights. Please note that this work will be a mix of short shifts (3 to 5 hours) and longer shifts (8 to 10 hours) depending on participant requirements.
This is a casual role on commencement, you choose when you work, and when you have time off Upon mutual agreement this could be converted to a part time role in future. Join supportive and inclusive team environment with Great work-life balance
**You must have**:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/ Aged care
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working With Children Check - W.A. (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of working rights - passport; birth certificate; visa
- Valid West Australian driver's license
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication competency certificate
