This role involves developing deep understanding of vehicle avionics/propulsion architecture, and how the vehicle operates as an integrated system.
The responsibilities include establishing test criteria and pass/fail requirements for integrated vehicle checkouts, developing procedures and processes for validation of a rapidly evolving spacecraft, identifying and driving improvements to testing efficiency and safety of vehicle testing, troubleshooting hardware issues real-time, and pushing feedback to correct owners to eliminate repeat issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
* 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience
* Strong background in streamlining test operations
* Ability to create, read, and interpret electrical and fluid schematics
* Integration and testing of propulsion and/or electrical systems
* Planning and execution of complex test operations
* Test software automation
* Test equipment design and operation
