The Role:
Whether you're just starting out and keen to learn, or already bring some industry experience, this role will give you the opportunity to build your skills and grow with the business.
You'll be working across internal sales and admin, supporting both customers and the wider team with orders, quotes and supplier coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and preparing quotes
* Managing supplier communication and follow-ups
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Supporting the external sales team with pricing and requests
* Assisting with stock control and showroom duties when required
About You:
* You've had some customer service, sales or admin experience (bonus points if it's in mining, trade or industrial supplies)
* You're confident and outgoing, with great communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* You're comfortable using Microsoft Office programs like Excel, and quick to pick up new systems
* Current driver's license and full Australian working rights
