* This role is for a passionate Assistant Director ready to lead with heart, energy, and hands-on support.
* You'll be full-time on the floor, side-by-side with our amazing team, helping guide the day-to-day, support educators, and create a warm, welcoming space for our children and families.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a close-knit team of educators ensuring our children enjoy an inclusive, safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment.
* Promote our early years education program and manage compliance.
What You Need:
* Infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care.
* Degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
* First Aid certificate.
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012.
* Previous experience in children services developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds.
* Able to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card.
