Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Advisor for a 36 months + Contract in Buderim.
In the role of Project Advisor, you will provide high level administrative and project support to the Manager and project team members (Significant Projects), contribute to the effective management of projects and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Review and analyse project documentation to identify issues, risks, learnings for inclusion in the appropriate registers, databases, and reporting systems.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet defined quality standards, conducting quality checks and reviews.
- Research and prepare a range of high-level project documentation, including briefing notes, reports, and submissions.
- Undertake high level data analysis and project performance reporting to provide the project team with relevant and accurate information.
Government experience would be highly regarded.
