Are you looking for a fun and flexible cooking role this winter? SeaLink Sydney is looking for Casual Cooks to join our team during Vivid Sydney 2025! This is your chance to work on iconic Sydney Harbour, preparing meals onboard our vessels as the city lights up in spectacular style.
About the Role
Working under the guidance of our experienced Chefs, you'll help prepare and serve delicious meals onboard our vessels, contributing to unforgettable dining experiences for our Vivid guests — all while enjoying the electric energy of Vivid Sydney.
A typical day in the role may include:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals to SeaLink standards
* Support the delivery of special dietary meals
* Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
* Clean and organize workspaces and equipment
* Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely service
* Support the logistics team with food and equipment handling onboard
Shifts will primarily take place in the evenings and on weekends, aligned with the Vivid cruise schedule.
About You
You’re reliable, enthusiastic, and excited by the idea of working on the water during one of Sydney’s most iconic events. You understand the importance of teamwork, communication, and delivering quality meals that make every guest experience memorable. Whether you have professional cooking experience or strong skills from a similar role, you’re excited to create memorable guest experiences while working on Sydney’s iconic Harbour.
