* We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role will be responsible for answering all telephone enquiries daily and maintaining accurate files and documentation.
* The ideal candidate will provide general administration and data entry support, including stationery ordering and petty cash management.
* In addition, the successful applicant will assist with staff rosters and training schedules to ensure seamless operation of the front reception area.
* This role will also involve supporting visitors with enquiries and conducting home tours as required.
* The successful candidate will offer administrative assistance to other departments within the organization.
About You
* Prior experience in a busy reception role is essential.
* You must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
* Strong accuracy and data entry skills are necessary, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel).
* Able to learn internal software systems quickly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding customer service skills, are required.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide a positive demeanor to assist customers and residents.
