With 70 loyal clients—including one account generating $1.2M GWP—it represents decades of trusted partnerships across industries like motor dealerships, agribusiness, manufacturing, construction, and property ownership. Many of the clients are family-owned businesses now passing the reins to the next generation - they need someone who can guide this transition with care, confidence and strategic insight.

What you’ll be doing:
* Manage and retain a diverse portfolio of established mid-market to corporate clients
* Navigate complex placements including ISR, Fleet, Liability and Construction across diverse industries
* Build strong relationships with new client contacts as generational change occurs
* Identify growth opportunities and support BD activities
* Mentor and coach less experienced brokers within the team
* Collaborate closely with underwriters and placement teams locally and internationally
* Be an active, visible part of the leadership cohort
We are looking for someone with:
* 15+ years’ general insurance broking experience, with strong mid-market and corporate exposure
* Sound technical knowledge across a range of product lines
* Tier 1 qualification
* Proven experience managing and growing large books of business
* A relationship-first mindset with excellent communication skills
* Leadership qualities with a desire to mentor and contribute strategically
* Motivation to step into a long-term opportunity and make it your own
