Deputy Principal Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an exceptional educator to lead the Middle School Year 9 and 10 portfolio as Deputy Principal. This is a temporary, full-time position that commences in Term 3, 2025, unless otherwise determined.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in several key strategic areas, including student leadership and the EQI International Student Program. Experience in timetabling, human resource management, and school event management is highly desirable.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with curriculum Heads of Department to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
This role requires a strong commitment to building positive and productive relationships with students, staff, families, and the broader community.
