About the opportunity: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisorto join our Lynwood Quarry operations team. This is a key role in which you will manage the execution of all aspects of fixed and mobile plant maintenance for the site in accordance with the Aggregates Maintenance System (AMS) and asset management guidelines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
You will implement the maintenance plan to the agreed standards – maximising equipment availability, reliability, productivity and reducing maintenance costs whilst maintaining accurate and consistent maintenance records for all plant and equipment. Further responsibilities will include supervising and managing contractor maintenance teams; ensuring insurances and training are up to date and that all Holcim policies and procedures are being complied with at all times.

About You: Minimum five years' experience in maintenance/operational roles within quarrying, and/or mining operations. Knowledge of crushing, screening and conveyors. Experience with supervision of maintenance contractors. Knowledge of extractive industry equipment design, construction and operation. Sound understanding of equipment reliability concepts. Experience in preventative maintenance. Experience in running and coordinating maintenance workshops. Sound understanding of SHE systems. Total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm. Experience using SAP or similar. Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster as required. Must be prepared to work overtime as required. Confined Space/Working at Heights certification (desirable).
