Job Title: Compliance Officer (12-Month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Leave Cover) Location: Chatswood, Sydney (3 days in office / 2 days WFH) We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join a dynamic and supportive team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities Provide practical compliance advice across a variety of operational matters. Assist with drafting, reviewing and approving documentation including product disclosure statements, policy terms, websites, advertising, and promotional material. Monitor regulatory developments and support business teams in adapting to change. Maintain and report on breach and incident registers, including remediation activities. Support the delivery of commercially viable and compliant outcomes for the business and its customers. About You Minimum 1 year experience in a compliance role, ideally within general insurance. Strong understanding of regulatory obligations within the financial services sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
