Purpose of the Role
Install plumbing and drainage to a high standard. Take ownership of your work, keep the job moving with clear communication, and deliver clean installs the builder can trust.
What You'll Do
Daily
* Complete installs from drainage to final fit off
* Upload photos, notes and timesheets into Ascora
* Keep workmanship sharp and the site clean
* Communicate delays or clashes early
* Work as part of a small, well run crew
Weekly
* Review schedule and materials needed
* Attend toolbox talks and safety check ins
* Support junior team members and hold good standards
* Stay aligned with the plan for each job
Monthly
* Quick check ins with the Director
* Review any reworks and look for improvements
* Give feedback that helps the team lift performance
What You Bring
* Qualified plumber with strong all round skills in commercial installations.
* White Card and WA Driver's Licence
* Able to read and interpret construction plans
* Good communicator with builders and team mates
* Reliable, steady, takes ownership of the work
* Clean, safe and professional on site
* Ambition to grow into leadership over time
* You own your own hand and power tools
