The Opportunity
You will partner with leading organisations in our Public or Enterprise sectors to help solve complex problems and create value through digital transformation programs. You are a person who is passionate about solving problems and energised by the opportunity to harness the power of data and leading-edge technology.
As a key contributor on large or mega-deal engagements, you will work on digital topics, contribute to business development activities, initial assessments, perform and review detailed analysis, and support solution recommendations with tailored market insights for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Digital Transformation - Provide consultation services to clients and suppliers in areas of outsourcing, project management, financial modeling, commercial and technical negotiation, and change management.
* Big Data and Analytics - Generate insights by analysing complex problems and translating this into easily understood business findings.
* New Ways of Working - Build ongoing organisational change capabilities and help clients transform into digital enterprises that continue to develop and innovate with speed at scale.
* Gathering information and using appropriate frameworks and models to inform the development of assessment material for decision-making purposes.
* Leading the planning and development of project deliverables, assuming responsibility for staffing, budget, work plans, scope, project milestones, issues management, and risk management.
* Developing simple to medium complexity financial models utilising ISG templates for comparative analysis of vendor proposals, client data, and RFx proposals.
* Executing value creation strategies that result in game-changing outcomes for ISG Clients.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Up to 3-5 years' relevant experience in sourcing or consulting engagements.
* Experience focused on organisational transformation activities including shared services, operational improvement, and outsourcing/offshoring.
* Expertise in one or more of the following capabilities is desirable: Digital and Technology, Architecture, Change Management, Networks, Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain and BPO.
* Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.
* Delivery management experience, including managing small teams, successful client relationship management, and multi-project oversight.
* Ability to do both strategic assessment and transactional consulting, engaging with client executives.
* Highly proficient across the MS Office suite.
