The Opportunity
As Office Administrator, you'll support day-to-day operations, provide executive support to the Directors, assist with finance administration, and coordinate overall office operations. This varied role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to have a visible impact across the business.
This position requires availability for 3 days per week.

Administration & Office Support
* General administration, filing, records management and mail coordination
* Managing catering, meetings, and agendas
* Event coordination support
Executive Support
* EA support to the Directors
* Calendar and meeting management
Finance Administration
* Invoice data entry for multiple entities
* Credit card reconciliations
* Project administration support
Office Coordination
* Office supplies management
* Maintaining kitchen and shared spaces
* Supporting smooth day-to-day office operations

Ideal Background

* Experience supporting senior leaders is highly regarded
* Exposure to finance administration (invoicing/reconciliations) preferred
* Comfortable in a small business environment
