The Role
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), this multifaceted position combines PA duties, office management, reception and administration. You'll deliver exceptional support to the most senior managers while maintaining an efficient, professional office environment with a focus on quality service and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
PA Support:
* Manage CEO/COO diaries, meetings and travel arrangements (flights, accommodation)
* Handle credit card reconciliations and maintain executive filing systems
* Prepare reports and executive correspondence
Office Management:
* Oversee stationery, petty cash, mail/couriers and office supplies
* Maintain kitchen, filing systems and company contacts database
* Organise events and liaise with maintenance contractors
Reception & Support:
* Professional phone reception and visitor greeting
* Liaise with the IT team to ensure office systems are operational and downtime is minimised
* Perform other tasks and duties as reasonably requested by management
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
* 3+ years in reception/office admin/PA roles
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Proficient data entry with excellent attention to detail
* Proven diary management and stakeholder communication
Personal Qualities
* Organised, responsible and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and deadlines
* Honest, professional and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Friendly, cooperative with a helpful and positive attitude
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues across departments
