This position requires a culturally grounded professional to support the social and emotional well-being of Aboriginal consumers in a multidisciplinary mental health rehabilitation setting.
To succeed, you will bring cultural insight, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to support individuals on their recovery journey.
* You should hold a Certificate IV in Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Community) or equivalent.
* Knowledge of Aboriginal cultures, social determinants of health, and culturally safe practices is essential.
* Experience in developing culturally appropriate responses to health, family violence, and wellbeing needs is required.
