About the Role
This is a varied role undertaking duties across a wide section of HR initiatives. From managing the day-to-day movements of staff to implementing L&D programs, you will have the opportunity to make an impact. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and the Directors of the firm contributing directly to the firm's objectives. This is a people focussed role working with a great team.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment management and workforce support
* Performance & salary review coordination
* WHS coordination and wellbeing initiatives
* Implementing and managing L&D programs
* Employee leave management
* Policy development and HR project work
* Performance and salary reviews
* Assisting with payroll queries
* Implementing and maintenance of policies
* Keeping up to date with the latest HR standards
About You
* Ideally you will have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role
* It is imperative you have experience working in professional services
* You will be highly organised, proactive, and people-focused
* HR qualifications are advantageous
* You will enjoy collaborating with a positive and supportive team
